Did you know most mlm lead providers sell a business opportunity lead that is marked up 500 - 1000% and then resell that same mlm lead to 3, 6, even 12 or more home business owners just like you?
It's not right, and we're doing something about it.

Eager for a career change... but lacking confidence in your existing background and credentials?
You may be right - you may need specific skills, experience and qualifications for your desired career. But then again, what if your lack of qualifications is actually a red herring? You may actually have "credentialitis" - where, although you actually do have the skills, knowledge and talent necessary for a promotion, new job or new career, you still believe you need to get some qualification or credential to get that career or job.
You know, I thought credentials and qualifications were a convenient means of proving that you have certain skills and knowledge. But if it's obvious that you have those skills and knowledge... why do you need a certificate, diploma, degree or some other kind of qualification to prove it? I mean, let's say you were an entrepreneur who dropped out of college, built and sold a successful company, and are now looking to move into sales management at a large corporate. Now if you had credentialitis, you may consider yourself unqualified for that sales job. So much so that you seriously consider returning to college and enrolling in a business program.
Now, you may well benefit a lot from doing this... but was it really necessary to study for one or two years to get that sales job? Did you really lack the critical skills for the role? Alternatively, what if you "marketed" yourself as being ideally suited to the sales job based on your experience as an entrepreneur?
Now, of course, in some cases you will need to study and get a particular qualification to make a career change - for instance, if you want to become a dentist or mechanical engineer. However, for many other new careers you want to venture into, you don't need to do a formal course. You probably already have the foundational skills and knowledge needed for the job, and anything else can be picked up on the job. Ofcourse, I understand that while you may know you have the skills, abilities, knowledge and talents for a particular career... you may still face an employer who wants to see a certificate, diploma or degree.
Well, although it's difficult to change people's beliefs and attitudes... it's definitely worth attempting. Especially if it saves you time and money and gets you the job you deserve. So, firstly, even if you're changing careers, I urge you to develop your self-confidence, and in particular, your confidence in communicating that you have the required skills and abilities for the new career.
If you're still considering enrolling in some kind of course or program... ask yourself this before you pay the tuition: Will you be undertaking the course to acquire new knowledge and skills or to acquire a credential that proves your possession of that knowledge and those skills?
You see, overcoming credentialitis and becoming more self-confident will not only save you money, time and energy... but it will also enhance your sense of self-worth and happiness. And if someone ever questions your "lack of qualifications" you can simply explain how your unique background has armed you with knowledge and skills that are superior to those you could get from studying.
Now, not everyone will be convinced. You may need to elaborate... or if you just can't convince them... you may want to forget about trying to work with them. They obviously have credentialitis! When it comes to you hiring people, don't be blinded by credentials either. Sure, they do count... but in some cases, an alternative background may count just as much, if not more, in terms of equipping someone with the essential skills and abilities for the job.
